Room mix-up caused big stress

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining. Breakfast was decent, but get there early to ensure you get what you want.

Upon arrival, our reserved room was not available, and the staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed with our situation. The lobby was also too hot.

We had a fantastic time visiting the Mall of America, which is just a stone's throw away. The kids loved exploring over 500 stores and enjoying the rides at Nickelodeon Universe. The hotel was comfortable, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, a better system for managing the pool area would have made a huge difference for us. The pool was closed for maintenance, which disappointed the kids. More communication would help families enjoy their stay better.

the king studio suite was super comfy with a microwave and fridge. the air conditioning worked well, and the flat-screen tv was a nice touch. located near the mall, it’s easy to get around. really enjoyed the clean property and helpful staff. overall, a great place for a short stay!

The Den Room was super cute and clean. Really spacious and cozy, felt brand new. The beds were comfy, and the overall vibe was inviting. Loved that it was close to the mall! No complaints at all about the room, honestly a great stay.
